Hi I really wasn't going to purchase this as Taken By Storm had way too many grammatical errors and typos. Have gone ahead though and got it (really love the I/R genre)and will be letting you know my opinion.
Hi Ms Rochelle Said I will get back concerning my opinion and must say you've done a good job of improving on one of my pet peeves, typos/grammatical errors. The story line was much less "whiny" than Taken By Storm, where the heroine did get on my tits much. She just came across as ditzy. I guess I'm a sucker for strong heroines and Ajana Bennett fulfilled that. Love how you ended with a cliff hanger, which means........
I'm glad that you enjoyed Devilishly Yours. Ajana is totally different from Syleena, but I love all of my characters ( I think all authors are like that.)
Yes, I ended with cliffhanger. I thought Ajana was too tough to be finished in one book.
Right now, I'm working on the edits for Loving True and hopefully it will be out before the year is over.
Thanks for coming back and posting a comment. I really apperciate it.
HI MARIE Lets get right to it. I considered myself a (an expectant fan ) I waited for the book DEVILISHLY YOUR to be released, I was so sure about reading the sequel to Taken By Storm that I emailed Ocean mist twice to find out why book was not immediately available for purchase the morning of OCT.31.06 I was told that it would be ready for purchase latter in the evening . Finally I had it , the book that was going to tide me over until your next release. Then I read it "OK cop just returns from deep cover job" I think "questions from worried Boss concerned whether cop is ready to be backing the game constantly working" ok " cop forced to take vacation" that I can understand" but that's when it happened.
Sidebar Please (pardon my but I feel that the best way to describe this would be to use quot from my copyrighted book)
I felt like ( a woman who had finally made her way to the front of the Starbucks non fat ice lat`e line on her lunch hour with 5 min to spare. Smiling I step outside sipping from my $4.89 victory cup only to find that my lat`e wasn't a lat`e at all after 25 min of waiting in line, anticipating the burst of sprinkled cinnamon chased by hazelnut caffeine I held in my hand a large DQ ICE COFFEE loaded with swirls carmel, I turn around to run back and declare my displeasure only to look up find that my anticipation was misplaced this was no Starbucks at all I look at my watch hoping that time had stood still "yeah right" I was late for work and I had already bought the cow!!)
This story felt rushed and incomplete from beginning to end speaking of ending what happened to the end of this book. after talking to several of my girlfriend who also purchased this story/book?
There was nothing incomplete about our conclusion "this was DISAPPOINTING, DISAPPOINTING! now we don't know what to expect. My friends and I did not respond to your initial request for feed back on Devilishly Yours because we did not want to hurt your feelings. SORRY Didn't wants to says it but, You asked

Tanchel,
Thanks so much for the support. I love hearing from my fans. Right now I'm working on the edits for Loving True and it should be out soon.
I'm so excited about Devilishly Yours. Ryan deserved his own story and I'm very glad I was able to give him one.

Kim,
I'm sorry that you didn't like the cliffhanger.
Ryan and Ajana will be back.

Tanchel,
I'm glad that you enjoyed "Devilishly Yours." Yes, I'm working on the ending to Ryan and Ajana.
In addition, I'm working on the edits for "Loving True" as we speak, so hopefully it won't be too much longer before it gets released.
Don't forget to enter the "Devilishly Yours" contest too.
Thanks for posting!
